Microsoft Outlook 2003 has the option to automatically process meeting requests, to enable this feature do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003 by double left clicking on its desktop icon.

2. Navigate to the “Tools” menu and left click on it.

3. Left click on “Options”.

4. On the “Preferences” tab in the calendar section left click on “Calendar Options”.

5. Under the “Advanced options” section left click on “Resource Scheduling”.

6. Left click on the “Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations” check box.

7. You can now select the following options:

Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests

Automatically decline recurring meeting requests
